Payment & Reservation Policy

Reserved dedications should be paid within 3 months unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the organisers. Payment plans and instalments can be arranged upon request.

If no payment or arrangement is made within this period, the organisers reserve the right to release the reservation and offer it to another sponsor. If the dedication is not reassigned, the original pledgor remains responsible for their commitment.
